Andre Zamani

Andre Zamani graduated with a BA in Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of Puget Sound in May 2019. As an undergrad, Andre researched how oxytocin, a neurohormone, modulated visual attention towards faces with varying degrees of animacy.

Currently, Andre is investigating the neurocognitive bases of spontaneous thought. His research interests span thinking in humans and non-human animals, social behaviour, complex systems, self-experience, psychedelics, and neurophenomenology in general.
