• • TR (time of repetition), one scan, one dynamic, the time to collect one functional volume; the temporal sample rate.

TR is the acronym for “Time of Repetition” and is one of the scanning acquisition parameters. It corresponds to the sampling rate you used during your experiment, or the duration of time it took to acquire one functional 3D brain volume. Typical values range between 1 and 3 seconds.
